Retail Store Books CleanupSteven Palmieri does this work
Steven Palmieri is the Tax CFO, the Entrepreneur's CFO, and the person who reads the cleaned store file with you.
Send the month.
What the practice keeps.
For a store, the work is the drawer, the shelf, the close date, and the return built from months that already match. The shop's wages remain on the payroll company already cutting those checks. A store owner can do this by video from the shop, after the door locks, without shipping the drawer across the country.
The team works with Steven. A note about a drawer or a shelf is read here, and it is not forwarded into a pile of leads. You will be talking to the Steven Palmieri practice. Call the number under the signoff. That is the line this practice picks up for a store file.
What the Tax CFO adds.
Matching the register tape to the bank is the bookkeeper's pass on a store. The Tax CFO asks what the store should do next quarter with numbers it can trust. Which channel grows. Which line goes. When to buy inventory and when not to. The match of the drawer to the bank is the floor. The decision about which channel to feed is the work.
That question waits until the file tells one story. We do not dress a rumor up as a strategy. The shelf, the payouts and the tax jar have to be real before anyone talks about next quarter.
What this practice will not sign.
Attest covers are outside this practice. A lender that asks for a signed audit, a signed review, or a signed compilation is sent to a firm allowed to sign that cover. The cleanup still matters, because that firm will ask for a file that matches the floor.
We also do not run payday. If you have employees, the provider you already use keeps running it. We arrange the accounts so the close can see wages apart from profit you take home.
How a call starts.
Send the last month the drawer matched, and the deadline that made you look. If the last honest drawer count is a blur, say that on the call and we start from the deadline. The first conversation creates no contract. Money changes hands on a store file only after both sides have a letter that names the months to clean and the fee for that cleaning.
Pictures of the shop are not required. Bank access, processor access, and the name of the date are the packet. A count of the fast movers can follow once we know which months the date actually needs.
Video is the ordinary room for this work. You can be in the back room after the lights go down on the floor. We can be wherever the file is open. The photograph on this page is Steven Palmieri, the person who reads the closed month with you. The conversation is about your drawer, your shelf and your deadline, and it ends with a letter only if both sides want paid work to start. If the shop has more than one register, say so. Two drawers can each be honest and still disagree with one file. We will ask which drawer the bank deposit came from. A second register belongs on the first call so a short month has a place to land.
